    Transcript excerpt

The companies that are hiring right now are saying that they need you, but most staffing firms are never reaching them. Hey guys, my name is Josh from SalesGlider. We run outbound for staffing agencies. And in this video, I'm going to show you not only how to get great clients for your staffing agency that are going to give you recurring revenue because they used you once and they want to use you again, but I also want to show you how to find the best candidates and you don't have to pay a LinkedIn Recruiter a bunch of Okay, the best staffing agency marketing is reaching hiring managers at companies. they don't understand is a multi-touch sequence, right?

So there's a bunch of recruiters going after the, or in staffing agencies, going after the exact same companies. So we need to stand out. How are we going to stand out? Well, we're going to stand out with a couple of different reasons. Number one is we're going to do multi-channel outreach.

So we need to do email, we want to do LinkedIn, we want to do calling, right? And the emails, LinkedIn, and calls that we do, they need to be specific, that aren't just talking about how great of a staffing firm we are. But let's say you have a company. He's hiring for a head of sales and you can reach out to him. There's one of two ways You can reach out to him and say, hey, I'm a staffing company.

I notice you have an opening for a head of sales. I would love to talk to you about trying to fill that role. Are you free next week to me? That meaning is that's the outreach that chat GPT is going to give you. And it's what 50 other people just sent that guy because every AI bot on the planet is looking for that.

or you could send in this email. Hey, my name's Josh. I'm with SalesGlider Staff and Company. I have a head of sales who worked at Salesforce and LinkedIn and he's now looking for a role. I think he'd be a great fit for your open head of sales role.

Would you like to meet him? Which email would you respond to? Well, that brings us clearly to the next point, which is, hey, how are we finding these candidates? Most people when they're doing this they are using LinkedIn Recruiter They're gonna go in into LinkedIn and they're gonna type in what they're looking for and they're gonna do manual outreach to all these different people Okay, here's the problem with that. It's slow.

It's tedious. These people get a bunch of These requests anyway that we want to give them a reason just like the staffing, just like the hiring company, we want to give them a reason to respond to this, right? So we want to get legal something upfront. Hey, Josh, I have an opportunity to have sales, it pays $150 ,000 a year. It's remote.

Are you interested? short, sweet, simple, it hits their pain points, which is salary. You need to keep your outreaches to both the hiring companies and to the candidates under 90 words. Please don't put the whole thing that chat GPT gives you to send because no one reads it No one reads those emails. No one reads those DMs.

Short, sweet, gives them value upfront, right? Then we need to actually, okay, so how do I find these people most efficiently? Well, you could go on LinkedIn sales navigator or recruiter and enter type them in. There are also so many databases that actually are LinkedIn-based that are much easier to find these people on than once we have them we also get their email addresses and phones not just their LinkedIn. So this is exactly what we do at SalesGlider.

We find all of these people for you, and then we contact all of them through multi-channels, right? So first we're gonna send them a LinkedIn request, right, from your profile. They're going to see it. Maybe they'll get a DM. Then we're going to send them an email.

Hey, I reached out to you on LinkedIn. I think this would probably be better. We want to hit the people on linkedin who are active there and if you're not active on linkedin we can email them because it has an email and then instead of linkedin we can then call them because they have a phone and say hey. I emailed you about this there's a roll for hundred fifty thousand dollars you should have in conversation. No, I'm not really interested in having a conversation right now.

Okay, no problem. Hey, would you be interested in hearing about roles similar to this? I can keep you on this list. 80% of people are gonna say yes, and if they say no great stop wasting your time hang up and call the next guy Who wants to look for a new job, right? Here's the last tip is that most people only are going after most staffing agencies only go after hiring companies.

People understand that they're going to need to hire before they post. You want to get your foot in the door before it's a race to the bottom on price. you should be reaching out to anyone who could hire a candidate that you can market. So that's anybody that would need a head of sales. I'm going to reach out to the VP of sales or to an HR head across companies that that specific candidate has experience with.

So if he has experience with Salesforce and with HubSpot, guess what, I'm going to reach out to all the different sales tools that he could use. If he has experience in manufacturing, I'm going to reach out to manufacturing companies of similar sizes that do the same thing, so his experience translates directly. So this is exactly, like I said, what we do at SalesGlider, we do candidates, we do. Hiring companies soup to nuts we do holding for you just show up with a candidate you bet them and then you can add your list you show up with a with a hiring company and you close them right there. for your deal.

and we agree on a meeting target up front. So this could either be how many candidates you'd like or how many hiring companies you'd like and over the course of the term we'll hit that. If we don't, we keep working for free until we do hit it for you. So that's exactly what we do for staffing firms. If that sounds like something you'd like us to manage for you, you can go to gosalesglider.com.

gosalesglider.com and hit Get Guaranteed Meetings. So, hopefully this was helpful to you. It gives you a way to think outside the box, get more candidates and more clients for you as a staffing agency. Talk soon.

    Fit

Who is staffing agency marketing for?

This is a fit when you want hiring-company and candidate meetings on the calendar. It is not a fit when you want a job-board campaign or a cut of the fee.

    This is for you if

    • Staffing firms that already have candidates they can introduce and need hiring-company meetings for those people
    • Owners who also need candidate meetings, not only job-order meetings
    • Teams tired of 'I see you have an opening' emails that race the fee to the bottom
    • Firms that can close once they are in the room with a hiring manager or a candidate
    • You work a defined desk: a handful of titles you can actually place
    • You want meetings on the calendar, not another job-board campaign

This is not for you if

    • You want us to invent candidates or job orders you do not have
    • You want a percentage of the placement fee instead of a flat monthly partnership
    • You only want job-board ads or a LinkedIn Recruiter seat, not meetings on the calendar
    • Your placements are too small to pay back $3,500/month
    • You want a list of emails instead of meetings
    The System

How does staffing agency marketing work?

Cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, handwritten letters, Local Services Ads and SEO/AEO. Email, LinkedIn and calling run as one multi-touch sequence on both sides. First meetings typically start in 2 to 3 weeks.

"I see you have an opening" is how you lose the fee.

Every other recruiter saw the same post. You walk in late and the conversation is already about price.

Job posts are a fraction of who can hire.

If you can market a VP Sales, you talk to the companies that would hire one: the VP, the HR head, before it is a public req.

LinkedIn Recruiter is not the whole candidate market.

The people you can place have emails and phones. Recruiter InMails never reach most of them.

    Best ROI

    Cold Email

The note leads with the candidate you can introduce, stays under 90 words, and never opens with a job-post line. Same rule on the candidate side.

    LinkedIn

Connection first on candidates, then the email, then the call. Hiring managers see the name before the inbox message.

    Calling

Same multi-touch sequence. Email and LinkedIn do not sit alone.

    SEO/AEO

Search and AI-answer visibility for staffing agency marketing: meetings, not another job-board page.

    Handwritten Letters

High-value hiring managers get outreach no one else is doing.

    Local Services Ads

Google LSAs where Google offers staffing or recruiting in your market.

    The 5 Pillars

Five things have to be right. We own all five.

    01
    Onboarding

We learn who you can actually introduce.

Most agencies: A form and a kickoff call

Us: The candidates you can market, the titles that hire them, and the language hiring managers already use

    02
    List

Companies that would hire your people, posted or not.

Most agencies: Scrape the job boards

Us: Hiring managers at companies that are hiring, plus HR heads and operators who could take the candidate you have

    03
    Offer

Lead with a person, not an opening.

Most agencies: 'I see you have a req'

Us: A specific candidate, under 90 words. You get in before the fee is a race.

    04
    Candidates

    Past Recruiter. Emails and phones.

Most agencies: InMail inside LinkedIn Recruiter

Us: Databases for contact data. LinkedIn request, then email, then a call.

    05
    Speed to Lead

Every reply answered in under 5 minutes, on average.

Most agencies: Replies sit until a recruiter is free

Us: Human-approved reply, booked to your calendar with a short brief

    Both sides

How do I get clients for a staffing agency?

How to get clients for a staffing agency is the same motion on both desks: a specific candidate, hiring managers at companies that are hiring, and a meeting on the calendar.

    Hiring companies

Do not open with the req. Open with the person you can put in the room. Staffing agency marketing that waits for a public posting is late. You want the VP Sales or the HR head at a company that is hiring, before every shop is bidding the same fee down. Keep the note under 90 words.

    Candidates

Go past LinkedIn Recruiter. Pull emails and phones from databases. Then run the sequence: LinkedIn request, email, call. Same multi-touch as the hiring-company side, written under 90 words.

Is marketing for recruitment agencies the same as marketing for recruiting firms?

Yes. Marketing for recruitment agencies and marketing for recruiting firms is the same work as staffing agency marketing on this page: you introduce a specific person, we book the hiring-company or candidate meeting, and you close the placement. The label on the door does not change the motion.

    Pricing

$3,500/month. No cut of the placement fee.

    $3,500/month

Flat fee. No percentage of the placement. No long-term contract. We agree a qualified-meeting target up front. If we miss it, we keep working at no additional cost.

One placement that would have paid a percentage fee covers months of the partnership.

    Meetings Guarantee

We agree on a qualified-meeting target up front. If we don't hit it, we keep working until we do - at no additional cost.

    FAQ

    Common questions, straight answers

Direct answers on both sides, the 90-word notes, the flat fee, and the meetings guarantee.

    What is staffing agency marketing?

Staffing agency marketing is booked meetings with hiring companies and candidates, not a job-board campaign. SalesGlider runs email, LinkedIn and calling as one system. You introduce a specific person. You show up and close the placement.

How do I get clients for a staffing agency?

How to get clients for a staffing agency is not 'I see you have an opening.' Lead with the specific candidate you can introduce. Reach hiring managers at companies that are hiring: VP Sales, HR heads, anyone who could hire that person, not only companies with a job post. Get in before it is a race to the bottom on price.

Do you work both sides: hiring companies and candidates?

Yes. Staffing agency marketing here is both sides, end to end. We book meetings with hiring companies for candidates you can introduce, and we book candidate meetings when that is the target. You pick which number we are accountable to.

    What do the messages say?

A name, why this person fits, and a short ask. Under 90 words for hiring companies and for candidates. Multi-touch across email, LinkedIn and calling. We do not open with a job-post observation.

How do you reach candidates beyond LinkedIn Recruiter?

LinkedIn Recruiter is one list. We use databases to get emails and phones for people you can actually place. Sequence: LinkedIn request, then email, then a call. Same multi-touch idea as the hiring-company side.

How fast do first meetings start?

First meetings typically start coming in 2 to 3 weeks after launch. That is typical timing, not a calendar-day SLA. Domains warm for two to three weeks before the first emails. Calling and LinkedIn can start sooner.

How much does staffing agency marketing cost?

Staffing agency marketing with SalesGlider is $3,500/month flat. No long-term contract. We do not take a cut of the placement fee.

How does the meetings guarantee work?

Before we start, we agree a meeting target: hiring-company meetings, candidate meetings, or a mix. If we miss it, we keep working until we hit it, at no additional cost.

    What channels do you use?

Cold email is the core. We layer LinkedIn, calling, SEO/AEO, handwritten letters, and Local Services Ads where they fit. For staffing, email, LinkedIn and calling run as one multi-touch sequence on both sides.

Is this staffing agency marketing or a job-board campaign?

Staffing agency marketing here means booked meetings. Job boards and Recruiter seats are tools you may already have. We put hiring managers and candidates on your calendar.

Do you do marketing for recruitment agencies and recruiting firms?

Yes. Marketing for recruitment agencies and marketing for recruiting firms is the same system as staffing agency marketing: meetings with hiring companies and candidates, email plus LinkedIn plus calling, no cut of the placement fee.

    Lock in your meetings guarantee.

We'll agree a meeting target for hiring companies or candidates, then run email, LinkedIn and calling until we hit it. $3,500/month. No cut of the fee. No long-term contract.
